His cuisine is characterized by a refined sensibility—creating dishes that feel both nostalgic and modern. Through meticulous technique and a deep respect for seasonal produce, Olivier seeks to uncover the hidden soul of ingredients, inviting guests into an immersive dialogue with nature.

Natsuko Takato moved to France in 2009 to study fashion design, marking the beginning of a distinguished career in the world of high aesthetics. After interning at top Parisian fashion houses, she moved to Sweden where she excelled as a designer for the renowned brand Acne Studios.

Her vision extends far beyond fashion, encompassing a profound appreciation for art and architecture. At MAISON OLINA, Natsuko’s aesthetic sensibility guides everything from the selection of tableware to the curation of the interior space and visual identity, ensuring a powerful yet delicate harmony in every detail.
